Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your package within 1-7 days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

  • Order Confirmation: Once you complete your order and make your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain all the details of your order, including the items you ordered, the shipping address, and the tracking number.

  • Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing. This involves picking, packing, and shipping your order.

  • Picking and Packing: Our warehouse staff will carefully pick the items you ordered from our inventory. Once the items have been picked, they will be packed into a shipping box.

  • Shipping: Your order will then be shipped to you via the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order’s progress.

  • Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered to your doorstep by the shipping carrier. You will receive a delivery notification email when your order is out for delivery.

  • Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase. Simply follow the instructions on our returns and exchanges page.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. Invoices are typically sent via email shortly after your order has been shipped. The invoice will include all the details of your order, including the items you ordered, the shipping address, the billing address, and the total amount due.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

The payment is typically authorized immediately when you place your order. This means your bank holds the funds to ensure they are available, but the funds aren’t actually withdrawn from your account yet. The actual withdrawal typically happens 1-3 business days after the order is shipped.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We understand that receiving a damaged or wrong item can be frustrating. Here’s how we can help you resolve the issue:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible: Let us know about the problem within 7 days of receiving your order. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can help you get a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if you do so before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it may be too late to cancel.
